Key Responsibilities

As a Microbiologist QC Analyst at Promea Therapeutics, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting microbial limit tests (MLT), environmental monitoring, and disinfectant/sterility testing to maintain product safety.
  • Validating microbiology methods, including autoclave validation, growth promotion testing (GPT), preservative efficacy testing (PEF), and holding-time studies.
  • Maintaining accurate cleanroom logs and tracking microbial trends for proactive quality control.
  • Performing CAPA, OOS, and OOT investigations to address deviations and ensure compliance.
  • Preparing and reviewing SOPs and method validation documents to uphold cGMP and GLP standards.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: M.Sc in Microbiology or equivalent degree in life sciences.
