Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee CRC, you will:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical trial operations.
- Facilitate subject recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate study documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, monitors, and internal teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Prior CRC or clinical research experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Marathi (preferred, especially for Wardha location).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
