As a Regulatory Compliance New Associate, you will:

- Support compliance operations with KYC, ECDD (Enhanced Customer Due Diligence), and OCDD (Ongoing Customer Due Diligence).
- Assist in implementing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks and fraud management controls.
- Analyze customer profiles, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform customer identification, due diligence, and risk assessment for onboarding and ongoing relationships.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, under direct supervision for daily tasks.
- Follow compliance policies while ensuring objectivity and accuracy.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any Graduation (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Pharm, etc. accepted)
- Experience: 0–1 years (freshers eligible)
- Required Skills:
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and fraud management
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and comprehension
