Job Responsibilities
Officer/Executive – QA (API & Formulation)
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Handle market complaints, deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in API and formulation processes.
Officer/Executive – PD Lab / R&D
- Perform research and development in API and formulation for innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Support process development (PD) activities in the lab.
- Document experiments and ensure adherence to R&D protocols.
Officer/Executive – Production (Packing)
- Oversee formulation packing operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor packing efficiency and quality standards.
Officer/Executive – QC (API & Formulation)
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and TOC.
- Conduct quality control tests for API and formulation products.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Officer/Executive – Engineering (API & Formulation)
- Manage plant maintenance activities for API and formulation facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
Qualifications
- Education:
- QA/QC/Production: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- R&D: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
- Engineering: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
- QA/QC: 2-5 years in IPQA, QMS, or analytical instrument handling (HPLC/GC/TOC).
- R&D: 1-3 years in API/formulation R&D or process development.
- Production: 1-3 years in formulation packing.
- Engineering: 1-3 years in plant maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
