Finecure Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a globally recognized and award-winning pharmaceutical manufacturer, is hiring an Executive – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at its Ahmedabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for pharma and legal professionals with expertise in trademarks, IP portfolio management, and infringement surveillance to join a fast-growing WHO-GMP, EU-GMP certified pharma company.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – IPR, your role will involve:
- Managing and maintaining the company’s Intellectual Property portfolio.
- Drafting and filing Trademark Applications.
- Preparing and filing replies to objections in trademark applications.
- Ensuring timely renewal of trademarks and other IP rights.
- Weekly scanning of the Trademark Journal to track filings.
- Filing Trademark Oppositions and handling related documentation.
- Conducting surveillance and initiating action against IP infringements.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to protect Finecure’s IP interests.
- Preparing and reviewing submissions in connection with IP proceedings.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences with specialization in IPR preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights management.
- Strong knowledge of Trademark Laws, IP filings, and opposition proceedings.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
