Job Responsibilities
Production
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and USFDA regulations.
- Maintain production records and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with teams to meet production targets efficiently.
Warehouse
- Manage raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) inventory.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for material handling.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with USFDA and GMP standards.
- Review documentation and support quality control processes.
- Identify and address deviations to maintain product quality.
Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation or mechanical systems in the facility.
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Production: B.Pharm or relevant degree, preferably female candidates, with 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical shop floor operations.
- Warehouse: Any relevant degree, preferably male candidates, with 5-7 years of experience in raw materials and finished goods management.
- QA: Any relevant degree with 1-3 years of experience in QMS or CSV, or 6-8 years in QMS for senior roles.
- Engineering: B.E. or Diploma in any stream with 0-3 years in instrumentation or 2-10 years in mechanical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (USFDA, GMP) and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
