Job Responsibilities
Technical Assistant / Executive (Process Maintenance & Packing Maintenance)
- Perform routine maintenance of process and packing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime in OSD formulation production.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Document maintenance activities and report technical issues promptly.
Executive / Sr. Executive (IPQA – OSD / Derma / Trans-Derma)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks for OSD, Derma, and Trans-Derma products.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, including USFDA and EU guidelines.
- Perform line clearance, batch record reviews, and quality audits.
- Identify and report deviations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Support validation and qualification activities for pharmaceutical processes.
Qualifications
Technical Assistant / Executive
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Engineering.
- Experience: 2-10 years in pharmaceutical maintenance, with mandatory OSD formulation experience.
- Skills: Expertise in equipment troubleshooting, knowledge of GMP, and strong teamwork abilities.
Executive / Sr. Executive (IPQA)
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 3-9 years in IPQA, with expertise in OSD, Derma, or Trans-Derma formulations.
- Skills: Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and analytical problem-solving.
