Job Responsibilities

Shift Engineer (API – Engineering Documentation)

  • Manage engineering Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to comply with cGMP requirements.
  • Support audits by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (WHO, MHRA, USFDA).
  • Utilize AutoCAD for engineering designs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations in the API plant.

Engineering Apprentice (API)

  • Assist in engineering tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Learn and contribute to maintaining equipment and documentation in compliance with SOPs.
  • Participate in hands-on training to gain expertise in pharmaceutical API plant operations.
  • Ensure proper status labeling of equipment, utensils, and materials as per SOPs.

Officer/Chemist (Production – API)

  • Handle process batches as per SOPs and Batch Production and Control Records (BPCR).
  • Supervise operators and technicians to ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP standards.
  • Maintain equipment, samplers, intermediates, and containers with proper status labeling.
  • Monitor and document production processes to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Shift Engineer (API – Engineering Documentation)

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a WHO, MHRA, or USFDA-approved pharmaceutical API plant.
  • Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD, knowledge of cGMP, and experience with QMS and audits.

Engineering Apprentice (API)

  • Qualification: BE/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and teamwork in a professional environment.

Officer/Chemist (Production – API)

  • Qualification: UG/PG in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a WHO, MHRA, or USFDA-approved API plant.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SOPs, BPCR, and cGMP compliance.
