Job Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor: Oversee quality control processes, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and maintain documentation for audits.
- Jr. Chemist/Chemist/Sr. Chemist (Quality Control): Conduct analytical testing, validate methods, and ensure product quality in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Production Chemist/Sr. Chemist: Manage production processes, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- EHS Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor: Implement environmental, health, and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure workplace safety.
- Warehouse Chemist: Manage inventory, ensure proper storage of materials, and coordinate logistics for pharmaceutical supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience:
- Jr. Chemist: 0-3 years
- Chemist: 1-4 years
- Sr. Chemist: 3-6 years
- Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor: 1-5 years
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in EHS or quality assurance are preferred.
