Premier Research, a leading global clinical research organization, is hiring a Site Solutions Executive for its India operations. This 1-year contract role based in Bangalore (office-based) offers you the chance to contribute directly to clinical trial management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while growing your career in the life sciences industry.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Site Solutions Executive, your role will include:

- Coordinating and facilitating all clinical trial activities at site in compliance with GCP guidelines and local regulations.
- Supporting Principal Investigator (PI) and study team to meet sponsor and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing site processes, identifying gaps, and supporting process roll-out.
- Performing timely data entry in CRFs/eCRFs and maintaining Trial Master File.
- Preparing for and assisting in site initiation, monitoring, QA, sponsor, and inspection visits.
- Coordinating submissions to the Ethics Committee, including protocols and adverse event reports.
- Ensuring timely availability and accountability of Investigational Products (IP) and lab kits.
- Organizing and coordinating laboratory sample pick-ups and patient investigations.
- Assisting in patient screening, enrolment, scheduling, and visit coordination.
- Supporting audit/inspection responses and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or a medical/dental/nursing degree.
- Candidates without formal qualification must have at least 6 months of clinical research site experience.
- Strong oral and written communication in English and Telugu.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Strong commitment to patient rights, safety, and data accuracy.
