This role is ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of clinical data management experience, particularly in EDC systems, discrepancy management, and SAE reconciliation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support all clinical data management activities for assigned projects.
  • Review and adhere to study-specific Data Management Plans (DMP).
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data entry screens and edit checks.
  • Enter and review lab normal ranges.
  • Conduct discrepancy management, data cleaning, and query resolution.
  • Perform SAE and vendor data reconciliation (PK, PD, IVRS, lab).
  • Conduct QC checks for paper and electronic data capture (EDC) studies.
  • Train and mentor junior Clinical Data Associates (CDAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (safety, biostatistics, programming).
  • Create and update CRF/eCRF guidelines and data transfer forms.
  • Participate in audits, sponsor meetings, and regulatory compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS in life sciences, biological sciences, or healthcare-related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in clinical data management.
  • Hands-on experience in EDC systems (preferably Inform EDC).
  • Strong background in conduct & closeout, SAE reconciliation, and data cleaning.
  • Preferred exposure in vaccines and oncology clinical trials.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
