This role is ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of clinical data management experience, particularly in EDC systems, discrepancy management, and SAE reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all clinical data management activities for assigned projects.
- Review and adhere to study-specific Data Management Plans (DMP).
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data entry screens and edit checks.
- Enter and review lab normal ranges.
- Conduct discrepancy management, data cleaning, and query resolution.
- Perform SAE and vendor data reconciliation (PK, PD, IVRS, lab).
- Conduct QC checks for paper and electronic data capture (EDC) studies.
- Train and mentor junior Clinical Data Associates (CDAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (safety, biostatistics, programming).
- Create and update CRF/eCRF guidelines and data transfer forms.
- Participate in audits, sponsor meetings, and regulatory compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS in life sciences, biological sciences, or healthcare-related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in clinical data management.
- Hands-on experience in EDC systems (preferably Inform EDC).
- Strong background in conduct & closeout, SAE reconciliation, and data cleaning.
- Preferred exposure in vaccines and oncology clinical trials.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
