Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive / Executive in R&D at Symed Labs, you will:
- Conduct research and development activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
- Design and execute experiments to optimize synthetic processes for bulk drug production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with USFDA and EU GMP standards.
- Analyze and document experimental data to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to innovative solutions for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must have:
- Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-5 years in API research and development (mandatory).
- Skills:
