Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Executive / Executive in R&D at Symed Labs, you will:

• Conduct research and development activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
• Design and execute experiments to optimize synthetic processes for bulk drug production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with USFDA and EU GMP standards.
• Analyze and document experimental data to support product development and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to innovative solutions for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

• Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 1-5 years in API research and development (mandatory).
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and synthetic process development.
  • Familiarity with USFDA, WHO, and EU GMP regulations.
