Responsibilities

Team Member – Production (Injectables)

• Execute injectable compounding and peptide compounding processes.
• Operate equipment like isolators, cartridge filling machines, vial washers, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA regulatory standards and cGMP practices.

Team Member – Engineering

• Maintain utility and water systems, instrumentation, automation, and process control.
• Perform maintenance in injectable manufacturing and filling areas.
• Support automation engineering tasks for production efficiency.

Team Member – Packing

• Operate device packing and cartridge line equipment, including autocartinators.
• Handle leak detection machines, pouch packing, and case packers.
• Ensure high-quality packing standards per cGMP guidelines.

Team Member – Quality Control

• Conduct chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, IC, IR UV, and LCMS.
• Perform raw material, finished goods, and stability testing.
• Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a cGMP environment.

Team Member – Bioassay

• Conduct cell-based assays, peptide bioassays, and Mab bioassays.
• Perform biochemical tests like ELISA, PCR, and PRI.
• Maintain cGMP standards with emphasis on GDP.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–8 years in relevant pharmaceutical roles.
• Education:
  • Production/Packing/Engineering: Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical).
  • Quality Control: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
  • Bioassay: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology, or B.Tech in Biotechnology.
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% in academics.
• Skills: Hands-on experience in USFDA-regulated environments, expertise in injectable processes, and proficiency in cGMP and GDP.
