Key Responsibilities
- Provide data management (DM) support across four or more clinical trials.
- Act as Trial Data Manager (TDM) for one trial when required.
- Ensure robust database build, eCRF setup, validation rules, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage external data as per protocol, process, and regulatory validation needs.
- Track, maintain, and report data management status for assigned projects.
- Conduct DM maintenance, data validation, and ensure high-quality interim/final data locks.
- Communicate progress effectively to Trial Data Managers (TDM) and Program Clinical Data Managers (PCDM).
- Support clinical teams in implementing clinical data standards strategy.
- Stay updated on latest EDC technologies, CDISC standards, define.xml, and eCTD regulations.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, data management standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Pharma, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in clinical data management or related function.
- Strong understanding of GCP, CDISC, EDC platforms, and data validation processes.
- Proficiency in clinical data systems and medical intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
