Job Responsibilities
Maintenance (HVAC) – Senior Officer/Executive
- Maintain and troubleshoot AHU, dehumidifiers, HVAC equipment, and electrical panels.
- Manage BMS systems and perform PLC modifications.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA regulations through proper HVAC validation and documentation.
- Oversee electrical wiring and system maintenance in a pharmaceutical environment.
Maintenance (HVAC) – Assistant
- Support maintenance of AHU, dehumidifiers, and HVAC equipment.
- Assist in BMS system operations and electrical wiring tasks.
- Ensure adherence to USFDA standards in a regulated plant environment.
Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Electrical
- Perform maintenance activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Handle maintenance of pharmaceutical packing lines (Blister, Strip, Powder, and Bulk lines).
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Fitter
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment like granulation, compression, coating, and pellet coating machines.
- Support maintenance activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and regulatory documentation standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Maintenance (HVAC) – Senior Officer/Executive: B.E. (Electrical) with 8-12 years of experience in HVAC systems, BMS, PLC, and USFDA-regulated environments.
- Maintenance (HVAC) – Assistant: 10th/12th with ITI (Electrical/Fitter) and 3-10 years of experience in HVAC and BMS systems in USFDA-regulated plants.
- Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Electrical: 10th/12th with ITI (Electrical) and 3-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing line maintenance.
- Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Fitter: 10th/12th with ITI (Fitter) and 3-10 years of experience in preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.
- Preference for candidates with experience in USFDA/MHRA-approved facilities and strong knowledge of GMP/GDP documentation.
