Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Executive/Officer at Sipra Labs, you will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and Maintaining QMS: Oversee the Quality Management System to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other regulatory guidelines.
- Audit Participation: Support internal, external, and regulatory audits to maintain compliance with global standards.
- Document Review: Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality records, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of quality and compliance through process enhancements and training.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for dedicated candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0–6 years in Quality Assurance, with exposure to QMS, audit handling, and regulatory compliance (freshers are welcome).
- Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills to manage quality processes effectively.
- Preferred: Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical testing.
