- Production Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.
- Quality Control: Perform routine and stability testing, ensure GLP/GMP compliance.
- Analytical R&D: Conduct method development & validation for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Process R&D: Support process development, optimization, and scale-up studies.

- Educational Background: B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Tech (Chemical / Chemistry).
- Experience Range: Freshers (Process R&D trainees) to experienced professionals (up to 10 years).
