Job Responsibilities
Production Injectables
- Operate and manage compounding, autoclave, vial filling, and vial washing processes.
- Handle injectable oncology isolator manufacturing lines with CIP/SIP expertise.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) activities.
- For senior roles (Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager), oversee production operations and ensure regulatory adherence.
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct In-Process (IP), Finished Product (FP), raw material, and instrument analysis.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to maintain product quality standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform equipment validations for filling and autoclave systems.
- Provide In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and issue line clearances for manufacturing lines.
Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
- Develop and validate analytical methods using GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
- Support research initiatives to enhance product quality and compliance.
Warehouse
- Manage receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials and packing materials.
- Oversee dispensing activities in oncology isolator facilities.
- Handle receipt and dispatch of finished products for domestic and export markets.
Qualifications
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Any Graduation (for Warehouse roles).
- Experience:
- Production: 5–20 years (depending on role).
- QC: 4–10 years.
- QA: 3–10 years.
- AR&D: 3–6 years.
- Warehouse: 3–8 years.
- Skills: Expertise in injectable oncology manufacturing, QMS, analytical method development (GC, HPLC, LCMS), equipment validation, and warehouse operations.
- Preference: Male candidates with immediate availability.
