Job Responsibilities
Chemist/Officer/Sr. Officer – R&D
- Conduct laboratory experiments aligned with project objectives for advanced battery materials.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of lab activities and observations.
- Collaborate with the Pilot Plant team to support scale-up and technology transfer.
- Perform literature reviews and technical research to drive innovation.
Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant)
- Operate and monitor pilot plant processes for efficient production.
- Keep detailed records of all pilot plant activities and observations.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for in-process testing and quality assurance.
- Ensure batch processes comply with safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Executive – ADL
- Utilize analytical tools like ICP, Surface Area Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, and Auto Titrator for method development and validation.
- Conduct technical research and literature reviews to support new product development.
- Validate raw materials and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Chemist/Officer/Sr. Officer – R&D:
- Qualification: M.Sc in Industrial, Inorganic, or Applied Chemistry.
- Experience: 1-4 years (Chemist/Officer) or 4-7 years (Sr. Officer) in the chemical industry.
- Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant):
- Qualification: ITI in AOCP/LACP.
- Experience: 1-5 years in the chemical industry.
- Executive – ADL:
- Qualification: M.Sc in Industrial, Inorganic, or Applied Chemistry.
- Experience: 4-7 years in the chemical industry with hands-on experience in analytical tools.
