📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Coordinator at Tata Memorial Hospital, you will:
- Manage priority registration, billing, diagnostics, and admission processes.
- Assist patients with reception, file preparation, escorting, and navigation inside the hospital.
- Liaise with consultants, administration, and departments for smooth patient care.
- Handle tagging, scheduling, and follow-up of consultations and diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports.
- Ensure strict confidentiality while managing sensitive or high-profile patient cases.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Full-time Graduation from a recognized university.
- Six-month certification in oncology-related patient care & communication (preferred).
- PGDM, MHA, or Master’s in allied disciplines (desirable).
- Strong English and local language fluency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR/HIS systems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments with excellent interpersonal skills.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
- Contract Duration: Initially 1 year (extendable).
