🔑 Roles & Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving pharmaceutical sales strategy within your assigned region.
- Executing product management and marketing strategies.
- Promoting new product launches, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing market trends.
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring primary & secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies.
- Managing Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and enhancing brand visibility.
- Ensuring accurate reporting through Unnati portal and tracking ROI per customer.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in a science stream (B.Pharm / B.Sc preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months – 3 years in pharmaceutical sales.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products & marketing.
- Sales data analysis & execution of brand strategies.
- Computer literacy.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
