Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Operation Specialist, you will:
- Safeguard the wellbeing of research subjects, ensuring highest standards of care.
- Review study protocols and execute procedures in line with regulatory and safety standards.
- Recruit and coordinate communication with clinical trial volunteers and patients.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional clinical research regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study documents and consent forms.
- Monitor trial progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain study quality.
- Support administrative tasks, adapt to evolving requirements, and contribute to process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in clinical operations or related field.
- Certifications:
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Skills Needed:
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and team collaboration.
