Sanofi is hiring a Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis (HEVA) in Hyderabad, India. This full-time, permanent role is an excellent opportunity for life sciences and pharmacy graduates looking to build a career in Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), evidence synthesis, and real-world evidence generation.
As part of the Sanofi Global Hub, you will support global HEVA, RWE, Clinical, and Market Access teams to generate scientific evidence that drives product value and improves healthcare outcomes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of Evidence Synthesis projects, including screening, data extraction, and literature reviews.
- Support burden of illness studies, epidemiology research, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Collaborate with HEVA teams to prepare research deliverables for global and local markets.
- Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and HEVA processes.
- Assist in developing strategic evidence materials, templates, and dossiers (including US AMCP submissions).
- Support engagement with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline (medical degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in HEOR/HEVA within pharma, CRO consultancy, or academia.
- Technical skills: Strong analytical and evidence synthesis expertise.
- Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management, scientific writing, and communication skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
