1. Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) – Pharmacovigilance Associate
Responsibilities:
- Process adverse event case reports within regulatory timelines.
- Perform accurate data entry, coding, and narrative writing.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D.
- 1–4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing.
Salary: Up to INR 7 LPA
2. Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance (PVQA) – Manager Level
Responsibilities:
- Ensure global compliance with PV quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external inspections.
- Develop and implement CAPAs for quality findings.
- Drive continuous improvement across PV processes.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D.
- 6+ years of PVQA expertise.

3. Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) – Spanish Language Specialist (Night Shift)

- Handle medical information queries in Spanish.

- Spanish language proficiency (spoken).
