Key Responsibilities

As a Product Support Specialist I, you will:

  • Gain expertise in Advarra’s core applications and integrations.
  • Understand customer processes, SOPs, and clinical research workflows.
  • Provide support via email, chat, or ticket systems for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating urgency and responsiveness.
  • Act as an escalation point and customer advocate during issue resolution.
  • Communicate product enhancements and advocate for customer needs.
  • Stay updated with product releases and demonstrate new functionality.
  • Support business development with product demonstrations.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer support.
  • Background in software industry or clinical research preferred.
  • Experience with Australian customers is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills – listening, writing, and speaking.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent yet collaborative work approach.
