Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Team Member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical quality. Your duties will include:
- Document Control: Issue, control, retrieve, archive, and destroy quality-related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Batch and Change Management: Review, master, and execute Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
- Certificate of Analysis (COA): Prepare and review COAs for finished pharmaceutical products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Line Clearance: Ensure equipment and production areas meet line clearance standards for safe and compliant operations.
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Conduct IPQA rounds to verify adherence to quality protocols during production.
- Annual Product Quality Review: Prepare and review annual product quality reports to maintain compliance and improve processes.
- Control Sample Verification: Verify control samples annually to ensure product consistency and quality.
Qualifications
To succeed in this QA Team Member role, you should have:
- Education: Master’s degree (MSc) in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in document control and quality management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
