Responsibilities
As a Data Analytics Analyst at IQVIA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights and ensuring quality in eConsent processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Digitizing Informed Consent Forms (ICFs): Use basic HTML coding to convert source ICFs into digital formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Quality Control: Perform tiered quality checks to maintain consistency between digitized ICFs and source documents.
- Task Management: Efficiently manage workloads using the task management system, adhering to queue standards.
- Prioritization and Delivery: Plan and prioritize tasks based on escalations and directives from trainers, managers, and study teams.
- Collaboration: Work with customer success, operations, and project management teams to streamline processes and keep documentation updated in real time.
- Internal Audits: Conduct and document quarterly audits for the Customer Success (CS) team to ensure delivery quality and identify process enhancements.
- eConsent Support: Confirm system adaptability and functionality for eConsent sites and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for eConsent content.
- Access Management: Provide consent access to sponsors, sites, and study team members, and conduct quarterly user access reviews for accurate documentation.
- Process Improvement: Proactively suggest ideas to optimize delivery timelines and enhance quality.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in pharmaceutical data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and basic HTML coding.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
