Key Responsibilities of the Associate in Labeling Operations
As an Associate in Labeling Operations at Pfizer Chennai, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Labeling team. Your work will ensure that product labeling is accurate, compliant, and accessible to healthcare professionals and patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Document Preparation: Generate clean and marked renditions (PDF and MS Word) in GDMS, including bookmarking as required.
- Workflow Management: Facilitate document workflows through Pfizer’s corporate document repository (GDMS).
- Document Finalization: Update GDMS document properties post-quality control, including PfLEET2 number, document title, and CDS cover page.
- Status Tracking: Manage document status in GDMS and notify stakeholders of labeling document availability.
- SPL Management: Create and update Structured Product Labeling (SPL) for USPIs, verify accuracy, upload to GDMS, and inform relevant teams (e.g., Regulatory, Drug Listing).
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all actions align with Pfizer’s submission standards, policies, procedures, and applicable SOPs to maintain high-quality outputs.
