- Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during medical consultations
- Assist healthcare providers in managing patient information and updating electronic health records (EHR)
- Ensure all medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve the quality of patient care
Requirements:
- Education: Pharma & Medical Graduates
- Location: Willing to work in Coimbatore or Vizag
- Shift Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English
