Job Responsibilities
Officer – QC FG (HPLC)
- Conduct quality control tests using HPLC for finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records.
Officer – QC RM
- Perform quality checks on raw materials per SOPs.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure material quality.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration.
Officer – RM Store
- Manage raw material inventory and storage conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with storage safety protocols.
Executive / Sr. Executive – QC Micro (Sterile Area)
- Conduct microbiological testing in sterile environments.
- Monitor environmental conditions in production areas.
- Prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
Officer – Liquid Injection Packing
- Oversee packing operations for liquid injections.
- Ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production schedules and documentation.
Officer / Sr. Officer – IPQA Injectable
- Perform in-process quality assurance for injectable products.
- Conduct line inspections and process validations.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines.
Officer – Ointment
- Monitor ointment production and quality control processes.
- Ensure batch consistency and compliance with SOPs.
- Assist in process optimization and documentation.
Officer / Sr. Officer – EHS
- Implement environmental, health, and safety protocols.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Train staff on EHS policies and emergency procedures.
Operator – Compression (By Layer)
- Operate compression machines for tablet production.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and process efficiency.
- Follow SOPs for consistent product quality.
Operator – Ampule Filling & Sealing
- Operate ampule filling and sealing machines.
- Maintain sterile conditions during production.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report issues.
Qualifications
- Officer – QC FG (HPLC): B.Pharma, 2–3 years of experience.
- Officer – QC RM: B.Pharma, 2–3 years of experience.
- Officer – RM Store: BA/B.Sc/B.Pharma, 2–3 years of experience.
- Executive / Sr. Executive – QC Micro: B.Sc/M.Sc, 5–7 years of experience.
- Officer – Liquid Injection Packing: B.Pharma/B.Sc, 1–2 years of experience.
- Officer / Sr. Officer – IPQA Injectable: B.Pharma/B.Sc, 3–4 years of experience.
- Officer – Ointment: B.Pharma, 2–4 years of experience.
- Officer / Sr. Officer – EHS: Diploma in Safety, 5+ years of experience.
- Operator – Compression (By Layer): 10th/12th, 3–5 years of experience.
- Operator – Ampule Filling & Sealing: 10th/12th, 5+ years of experience.
