Responsibilities
- Freshers (Production Trainee):
- Assist in vial washing, autoclave operations, and basic formulation tasks under supervision.
- Support compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) for vaccine production.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Operators / Senior Operators:
- Operate and monitor equipment for vial filling, pre-filled syringes (PFS), and autoclave processes.
- Perform aseptic filling operations for vials, PFS, and other formats like Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS).
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize formulation techniques for vaccine stability.
- Document activities accurately and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- Freshers:
- B.Sc, Diploma, or ITI in relevant fields (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Passout years: 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Preference for immediate joiners.
- Strong interest in vaccine manufacturing and bioprocess operations.
- Operators / Senior Operators:
- ITI or Diploma in relevant disciplines.
- 3-7 years of experience in vial filling, PFS filling, vial washing, or autoclave operations.
- Hands-on expertise in aseptic processing and sterile production.
