Job Responsibilities
Production (Formulation) – Operators & Executives
- Operate and manage granulation, coating, and compression processes with precision.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and SOPs during production.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
- Document processes and ensure quality control in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Packing – Operators & Executives
- Handle primary and secondary packing for bottle and blister packaging.
- Ensure accurate labeling and adherence to packaging SOPs.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain product integrity during packing.
- Operate packing machinery and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Support inventory management and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Trainee Operators
- Assist in production and packing processes under supervision.
- Learn and adhere to pharmaceutical manufacturing protocols.
- Support operators and executives in daily tasks to gain hands-on experience.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in granulation, coating, or packing.
Qualifications
- Production Operators & Executives: Intermediate, ITI, or Diploma with 3–5 years of experience in granulation, coating, or compression.
- Packing Operators & Executives: Intermediate, ITI, or Diploma with 2–4 years of experience in bottle and blister packing (primary and secondary).
- Trainee Operators: Freshers with Intermediate, ITI, or Diploma qualifications.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to learning and growth.
- Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
