Responsibilities
- Chemist (Exp – 1-3 Yrs): Operate and monitor batch processes in API manufacturing, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and SOP standards.
- Shift Incharge (Exp – 6-8 Yrs): Manage shift-wise operations, manpower, and daily production targets, ensuring process control, documentation, and safety.
- Production – Documentation (Exp – 2-4 Yrs): Prepare and maintain BMRs, BPRs, and process records accurately, ensuring timely GMP-compliant documentation and audit readiness.
- Production Manager (Exp – 15+ Yrs): Oversee production planning, block performance, and drive operational excellence in API manufacturing.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc degree.
- Knowledge of API manufacturing processes, GMP & SOP adherence, equipment cleaning & operation, and safety practices documentation.
