Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate/Executive/Analyst in the Small Molecule Bioanalytical Laboratory, you will:
- Perform bioanalytical tasks, including sample processing for method development, validation, and study sample analysis, adhering to SOPs and protocols.
- Develop and prepare Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), method validation (MV) protocols, and study sample analysis protocols.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to troubleshoot issues with critical equipment like LC-MS/MS and HPLC.
- Maintain accurate documentation as per ALCOA++ principles, ensuring minimal audit findings.
- Ensure all studies comply with GCP/GLP regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in project-specific scientific discussions to drive innovation and problem-solving.
- Analyze data punctually, troubleshoot logically, and communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics or related life sciences from a reputed university.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in regulated small molecule bioanalysis, with hands-on experience in bioanalytical experiments.
- Preferred: Experience in a Bioanalytical Contract Research Organization (CRO) laboratory.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong scientific curiosity and ability to innovate in bioanalytical research.
- Proficiency in planning and conducting experiments with precision.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Clear and concise documentation with strong English communication skills (B+ level or higher).
