Job Description
Aarti Pharmalabs is conducting a walk-in interview on 1st August 2025 for multiple roles in API manufacturing, process engineering, and quality control.
1. Production Executive (20 Openings)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)
- Experience: 2-5 years in API manufacturing
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling batch operations and GMP documentation
- Managing shift operations and equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
2. Executive – PD Lab (2 Openings)
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 2-4 years in synthetic chemistry or API R&D
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting lab-scale reactions and process development
- Data interpretation and regulatory documentation
3. Process Engineer (2 Openings)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)
- Experience: 3-6 years in process design & scale-up
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technology transfer and troubleshooting plant issues
- Supporting new product implementation
4. QC Executive (5 Openings)
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-5 years in API Quality Control
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and wet analysis
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP & regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have relevant experience in API, bulk drug, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Freshers without industry experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and process optimization is preferred.
