Job Description: Executive – Clinical Initiatives
Position Overview
Orchid Pharma is seeking a motivated healthcare graduate (MPharm/PharmD) passionate about infectious diseases, public health, and data analysis. This role involves supporting antimicrobial stewardship programs, clinical data analysis, and digital healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing AMS clinical initiatives, including training programs and pilot interventions.
- Collect, organize, and analyze clinical data to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor antimicrobial usage and resistance trends using tools like Tableau & Power BI.
- Contribute to scientific content development (white papers, case studies, SOPs).
- Generate insights to improve stewardship interventions and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams for cross-functional projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MPharm/PharmD
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Skills Required:
- Strong data analysis & visualization (MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals & clinical applications.
- Excellent communication & documentation skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in hospital workflows, AMR data analysis, or QI projects.
