Key Responsibilities:
- Scale up purification processes from milligram to gram scale.
- Optimize methods for peptide separation, purity, and identity verification using HPLC, LCMS, and Prep HPLC.
- Collaborate with synthesis/analytical teams to troubleshoot challenges.
- Maintain accurate data records and train junior team members (LCMS role).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project timelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- M.Sc in Analytical/Organic Chemistry or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis).
Experience:
- 5–8 years in peptide purification, LCMS, or Prep HPLC (industry experience mandatory).
Skills Required:
- Expertise in chromatographic data interpretation (HPLC/MS).
- Strong knowledge of peptide structure, solubility, and separation challenges.
- Ability to troubleshoot instruments and R&D queries.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
