1. Job Role: Medical Coder / Sr. Medical Coder / QA (E/M OP)
We are looking for certified medical coders with expertise in Evaluation & Management (E/M) Outpatient (OP) coding. The role involves:
- Reviewing and assigning accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for outpatient services.
- Ensuring compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Working on AWV (Annual Wellness Visits) and TCM (Transitional Care Management).
- Performing quality audits (for QA roles) to maintain coding accuracy.
