Job Overview
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – RWE will support the design and implementation of real-world evidence studies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Support the design and execution of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies.
✔ Conduct market research and analyze healthcare data to generate insights.
✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (clinicians, data scientists, clients).
✔ Assist in developing reports, presentations, and workshops for clients.
✔ Contribute to proposal writing and business development.
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and IQVIA’s quality standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business (preferred).
- Candidates with commercial experience in healthcare will have an advantage.
✅ Experience & Competencies:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, consulting methodologies, and RWE.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
