Key Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and scale-up downstream purification processes for biologics.
- Perform chromatography (AKTA systems), filtration, and UF/DF operations.
- Analyze process data and troubleshoot purification challenges.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Biotechnology or related field.
Experience Required:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in downstream process development (biologics preferred).
- Proficiency in protein purification, chromatography (HIC, IEX, SEC), and tangential flow filtration (TFF).
- Familiarity with analytical techniques like HPLC, SDS-PAGE, and Western Blot.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in biopharma.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.
