Job Title: Proposal Budget and Contracts Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
- Budget Preparation: Develop project budgets, liaise with vendors for quotations, and align with client requirements.
- Contract Management: Draft and execute client contracts, ensuring adherence to Novotech’s Contract Review SOP.
- Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes from vendors and engage with operations teams as needed.
- Document Management: Maintain records in Salesforce and SharePoint and update opportunity statuses.
- Client & Internal Collaboration: Attend client calls, work with Business Development and Project Managers to meet deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in clinical/life sciences or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry (client-facing roles preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
