Position: Medical Representative (MR)
Location: Bangalore, Kerala, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
Employment Type: Full-time, Field-based
Experience Level: Freshers (0–1 year) & Experienced (1–6 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Group Pharmaceuticals Ltd products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Build strong relationships with medical practitioners and clinics in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic product promotion.
- Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Conduct product presentations and ensure brand visibility in the region.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, B.Sc (Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry), BDS, B.Tech (Biotech)
- M.Pharm, M.Sc (Biochemistry, Microbiology), Healthcare Management, Clinical Research (Preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
Experience & Age Limit:
- Freshers: Up to 23 years of age
- Experienced Candidates: 1–6 years in pharma sales (up to 28 years of age)
Skills Required:
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in English + 1 regional language (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam)
✔ Strong sales & negotiation abilities
✔ Familiarity with digital tools (Excel, CRM, Email)
