Job Description
As a Research Associate – Bioanalytical Department, you will play a key role in:
- Conducting bioanalytical method development, validation, and transfer for in-life study samples.
- Performing ADA (Anti-Drug Antibody) screening, confirmation, and titer assays using ELISA and other platforms.
- Executing NAb (Neutralizing Antibody) assays in cell-based or non-cell-based formats.
- Ensuring compliance with GxP, regulatory guidelines, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Managing reagent inventory, equipment calibration, and supporting quality audits.
- Troubleshooting assay performance and contributing to process optimization.
