📋 Job Description – What You’ll Do
As an Associate IPQA at Baxter, you will be part of the Quality team ensuring patient safety and product compliance across the manufacturing process.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and data integrity protocols.
- Perform line clearance, sample collection, and review of BMR/BPRs.
- Support deviation management, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and QA teams for quality compliance.
- Participate in internal and external audits (regulatory and non-regulatory).
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Life Sciences or Chemistry.
✅ Experience:
- 0 to 3 years in IPQA or related quality roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
✅ Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
