🔍 Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process product complaints in the database.
- Conduct follow-ups for additional complaint information.
- Assess reportability to global health authorities (FDA, MEDDEV, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech Service, QA, R&D, Manufacturing).
- Write and maintain investigation summaries.
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
🎓 Eligibility
- Degree Required:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in:
- Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in:
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers eligible)
✅ Skills Preferred
- Knowledge of FDA/MEDDEV regulations
- Strong MS Office & documentation skills
- Typing speed, teamwork & multitasking
- Understanding of complex medical devices
- Basic technical writing and risk assessment interpretation

📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Hybrid)
🔍 Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical research & evaluation studies
- Prepare protocols, CRFs, and budgets
- Coordinate site/vendor selection and supply operations
- Interpret clinical trial data and resolve operational issues
- Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and local regulatory guidelines
- Act as a clinical liaison for Medtronic within the region
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
🎓 Eligibility
- Degree Required:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Medical Biotechnology, Nursing, or related fields
- Experience: Freshers (0 years) can apply
