🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process product complaints in the database.
• Conduct follow-ups for additional complaint information.
• Assess reportability to global health authorities (FDA, MEDDEV, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech Service, QA, R&D, Manufacturing).
• Write and maintain investigation summaries.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

🎓 Eligibility

• Degree Required:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in:
    • Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
    • Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers eligible)

✅ Skills Preferred

• Knowledge of FDA/MEDDEV regulations
• Strong MS Office & documentation skills
• Typing speed, teamwork & multitasking
• Understanding of complex medical devices
• Basic technical writing and risk assessment interpretation

📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Hybrid)

🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute clinical research & evaluation studies
• Prepare protocols, CRFs, and budgets
• Coordinate site/vendor selection and supply operations
• Interpret clinical trial data and resolve operational issues
• Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and local regulatory guidelines
• Act as a clinical liaison for Medtronic within the region
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders

🎓 Eligibility

• Degree Required:
  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Medical Biotechnology, Nursing, or related fields
• Experience: Freshers (0 years) can apply
