The Clinical Project Coordinator will support the Project Leader (PL) and Clinical Project Manager (CPM) in managing clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and SOPs. The role involves document management, tracking project metrics, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Project Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project files, records, and reports per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in auditing files for accuracy and completeness.
✔ Coordination & Tracking
- Manage study-specific eTraining and compliance tracking.
- Update internal systems, databases, and project timelines.
✔ Reporting & Financial Support
- Prepare status reports, budget tracking, and invoice approvals.
- Monitor project dashboards and escalate discrepancies.
✔ Meeting & Communication Management
- Organize internal/customer meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and project summaries.
✔ Team Support
- Coordinate onboarding of new team members and system access.
- Train and mentor junior project support staff.
Eligibility & Qualifications
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
✅ Experience:
- 2-5 years in clinical research/project coordination.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations.
✅ Skills Required: - Strong communication (written & verbal).
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment.
