As a Project Coordinator (eCOA), you will assist Project Managers in various tasks across the study lifecycle, including:
Study Management Support
✅ Database setup & study documentation
✅ Equipment tracking & report distribution
✅ Archival of study records
✅ Coordinating Project Assurance meetings & tracking action items
Financial & Administrative Tasks
💰 Updating databases for scope changes
💰 Invoice reconciliation follow-ups
💰 Assisting in study forecasting reports
Customer & Issue Management
📞 Handling customer inquiries & escalations
📝 Documenting & tracking issue resolutions
Additional Duties
- Ensure training compliance
- Participate in customer calls/meetings
- Lead project tasks as assigned
Eligibility & Skills
Education & Experience
