Job Title: Statistical Programmer
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 3 to 12 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and validate ADaM datasets, TFLs (Tables, Listings, Figures) using SAS/R
✔ Implement Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) and Statistical Programming Plans (SPP)
✔ Ensure compliance with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
✔ Collaborate with statisticians & clinical teams for data accuracy
✔ Create programming macros & automate data processes
✔ Perform QC checks on statistical outputs
✔ Work across therapeutic areas (Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology)
Required Skills:
✅ SAS/R programming expertise
✅ Knowledge of clinical trial protocols & regulatory guidelines
✅ Experience in TLF generation & data manipulation
✅ Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with other statistical tools (Python, SQL)
✔ Knowledge of machine learning in clinical data

✔ Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Life Sciences, Engineering, Statistics)
