Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize production processes in biscuit manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Supervise shift operations and coordinate with the production team.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/process-related issues in collaboration with engineers.
- Maintain documentation and reports for production metrics.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
