About the Role
We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support a multicenter Phase II trial evaluating reduced-intensity chemotherapy in children/adolescents with aggressive B-cell lymphoma. This role offers hands-on experience in pediatric oncology research within a collaborative academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Patient Coordination: Assist in screening, enrollment, informed consent, and follow-up per protocol.
✔ Study Visits & Data Management: Schedule visits, collect samples, and ensure accurate eCRF (electronic case report form) entry.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Support ethics submissions, monitor SAEs (serious adverse events), and prepare for audits.
✔ Multicenter Liaison: Coordinate with investigators, data managers, and site teams.
✔ Documentation: Maintain trial master files, logs, and assist in interim/final study reports.
Eligibility & Preferred Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification (mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
- 1–2 years in clinical research (oncology/hematology trials preferred).
- Freshers with strong academic records may apply.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
